Ron Dead Lifts 335lbs in his first CrossFit Total

Who of us hasn't felt like this before? That feeling like "there is no possible way that I can finish this workout." But there is something to be said about human nature and how we can do anything if our will to succeed outweighs those thoughts of quitting. It may take a second, but we regain our composure and fight through. One of our members recently asked me where I get my inspiration and motivation from. My response was quick and simple, I told her that I get it from watching all of you every day.

Warmup
Skill Work
L-Holds and L-Pullups
W.O.D.
For time:
100 Hang Power Cleans 115/75
Every minute on the minute do 5 Burpees.
I got this little write-up from CrossFit South Bay in CA. This hits right at home for me and I’m sure it will with all of you as well. Click on “10 Ways To Be A Better CrossFitter” to read what they had to say.

#4 rings so true to me…I lay in bed at night and almost make myself sick thinking about the next days WOD. Why do I do that? I need my sleep!
